As time goes on, the discharge size of denim printing surface penetrates into the indigo yarn in depth, and the storage time is about 10 minutes, depending on the denim texture specifications, capillary effect, as well as the wettability and permeability of the discharge size. When the discharge sizing is fully penetrated into the interior of the indigo yarn and maintained in a relatively humid condition, the hot pressing treatment can achieve good discharge effect.
